I take an integrative, client-centered approach to therapy, recognizing that each individual has unique needs, experiences, and goals. My treatment philosophy emphasizes tailoring evidence-based interventions to provide personalized, compassionate care that supports meaningful and lasting change. I work both to provide training and guidance on techniques for symptom management and psychotherapy for unresolved conflicts, repressed emotions, core or deep-rooted concerns, as applicable.
Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of settings, including community mental health, residential programs, group practices, and private practice. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to delivering high-quality mental health services while fostering a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship by working with a variety of issues and needs.
I currently provide counseling services to adolescents and adults. I am certified in the assessment of Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) through the Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) and adhere to the ethical standards established by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).
I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts, and a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (License #8429). While working in the counseling field specifically since 2010, I have been in private practice since 2014.
