My name is Caitlin Jeffery, and I am a trauma informed therapist with over 10 years of experience working with people of all ages. I believe deeply in people’s innate capacity to heal, grow, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that have long been working to keep them safe. My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a model that honors the complexity of the inner world and helps clients build compassionate relationships with their protective and wounded parts. IFS allows us to move at a pace that feels safe, curious, and empowering, creating space for lasting change rather than temporary coping.

Alongside IFS, I integrate the Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) framework, which supports clients in strengthening emotional regulation, rebuilding secure connections, and developing the competencies that trauma may have disrupted. ARC is especially powerful for individuals who grew up in environments where safety and attunement were inconsistent, and it provides a steady foundation for healing across the lifespan.

I also bring specialized training in perinatal mental health, focused on the emotional, psychological, and identity shifts that occur during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. I support birthing parents and partners as they navigate the joys and challenges of this transition—whether they’re experiencing anxiety, depression, birth trauma, identity changes, or the complex emotions that can arise in early parenthood.

My therapeutic style is warm and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you can explore your story without judgment, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward a more integrated and empowered version of yourself. Healing is not about “fixing” what’s wrong—it’s about reclaiming what has always been yours.
