As a clinical social worker, I believe that one of the greatest parts of this work is the chance to both teach and learn every day. Every person brings their own story, strengths, and hopes into the room, and it’s a privilege to walk alongside them as they navigate life’s challenges.
I’m Ken Jeffery, a clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Boston College in 2011 after completing my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
My practice focuses on helping people who are dealing with mood disorders, anxiety and stress, substance use and addiction, adjustment difficulties, parenting stress, and the many transitions that come with different stages of life. I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and I work to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and grounded in respect.
My approach is warm, practical, and centered on what matters most to you. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful, sustainable change. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
